Problem

To offer a printing system that really does print in a single click across multiple couriers, channels and storefronts in a way that handles courier errors gracefully and simply.

Solution

We created our Seamless Printing system which links printers, couriers and tracking information into a single click order management solution. Errors flag up and show detailed responses from couriers and can even be set to respond to errors automatically.

Results

No CSV files, no lengthy excel spreadsheets and a lot less time spent administrating the process. Customers have said it has allowed them to move into marketplaces they couldn't previously manage by taking such a large amount of the time out of the process.
